Lay in threading makes the Bernina 1150MDA easy to thread. Two auto threading systems take care of the notorious lower looper and needle threading. Your serger is threaded in no time at all. The built in needle threader is a rarity on a serger and it perfectly threads each needle eye with the flick of a finger! Pull a lever, and the lower looper is threaded instantly. The exclusive 2-step Front Foot Lift system gives you all the space you need for positioning thick layers of fabric under the presser foot.
