Buyer is to pay shipping and handling of amount stated in the listing. Wanting every item that we send out to arrive safely, we insure every item that leaves our warehouse at our own expense. We ship most orders UPS ground, though smaller items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
After your payment you might receive a UPS tracking number, but that does not necessarily mean the item has left our warehouse yet. Please be aware it generally takes up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The UPS tracking number will become active at some time during the 7 to 10 day period.
We try to ship every item the same day in which your order is placed and payment is verified, however it usually takes 24-72 hours during heavy sales periods to process an order.
We ship to all 50 states in the US, as well Canada and Purto Rico and now offer shipping anywhere in the world.
USA customers:
Please see the map below for average shipping times, but allow up to 6-10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders being shipped to an address in the state of California are subject to 7.75% sales tax.
Canadian customers:
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order due to customs processing and additional shipping time from the US and through Canada. Be aware that you must bear all additional customs and brokerage fees. We are not responsible for additional importation fees, and these fees are not included in the total price of your order.

The Babylock ESG2 is incredibly user-friendly. It makes embroidery a snap, as it just purrs along. Upgrades and additional embroidery designs for this Babylock are available on the internet. You simply use your own personal computer, download your selection to a standard 3-1/2-inch floppy disk, and insert it into the side of the sewing machine. In addition to floppy disks, this machine accepts embroidery cards and reads both .PES and .DST formats. Power is controlled by either a foot pedal or as an option, the easy-to-see-and-use fingertip control.
The embroidery arm, located to the left of the sewing bed, slides easily on for embroidery and off for regular sewing. The color LCD screen allows pattern selection and provides a host of options with a simple touch of the finger. An onscreen stitch counter lets you know exactly where you are and how many stitches remain in the design. Using this feature, you can quickly correct an error caused by a broken thread or calculate how long it will take to complete a design.
Built into the machine are 240 embroidery designs including 11 alphabet patterns. The onscreen editing allows text changes, character re-spacing, design increase and reduction, pattern rotation, mirror imaging, custom thread color selection, and design combinations. When a thread color change is required the machine will stop, clip the thread (both top and bottom), and wait for the new color. Both an automated needle threader and automatic tension control are provided. Help messages appear onscreen when problems occur. Included in the price are four hoops, numerous feet, including a walking foot, a twin needle, and a carrying case for the embroidery unit.

Policy on Store Inventory Items:
The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, full address, model number, receipt number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will provide you with further instructions. Once the item has been shipped back to us, giving us your tracking number will make the total process much quicker for you.
Please make sure all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories are intact and with the unit when it is shipped back. Exchanges will be honored if the original item was defective, and the exchange will be for a like item. Should you desire a refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the item was bought with a free shipping promotion, then the actual original shipping costs that were borne by us will be deducted from the refund.
Please make sure to write your RA number clearly on the shipping label. Refunds are issued an average of 7 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After we issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner; PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases. Policy on Auction Items:
We do not accept returns on used machine auctions. However, we make every effort to guarantee the satisfaction of the winning bidder. Every used machine is fully serviced by our manufacture certified in-house technicians on auction and shipped out to ensure that it will be in proper working order. We also offer unlimited phone support to answer questions or to walk you through using your machine.
In the very unlikely event you receive a machine that does not work properly, please contact us. We will be more than willing to help you troubleshoot the issues you are having. If necessary, we will also cover the cost of shipping to bring it back to our shop for inspection and repair. Once it has been repaired and tested, we will ship the machine back to you at our expense. If upon initial inspection we do not find anything wrong with the machine, however, the machine will be shipped back to you at your cost.
