You are bidding on a Bernina 930 sewing machine.
Serial number is #24163339 from 1984.
This is the best bernina ever built.
It is a solid, all metal workhorse.
THIS MACHINE WAS JUST SERVICED BY A TERRIFIC BERNINA TECH. IT IS IN TIP-TOP SEWING SHAPE WITH DECADES OF SEWING LIFE LEFT IN HER!! He suggested a new foot pedal so went ahead with that purchase.

I would give this machine a 7 our of 10 for cosmetic condition. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MINT CONDITION - THIS IS NOT YOUR MACHINE.
1. The machine has some small areas of missing paint under the open arm
2. It has some scratches and some pin marks
3. A few small chips
4. The accessory case works fine but is taped, the hinges are broken.

I am a retired Home Ec teacher with over 40 years of sewing experience. I only sew on Berninas. They are the easiest to operate and the most reliable.
This machine would be perfect for the experienced quilter, the most experienced seamstress, or a very lucky beginner.
